Teilhard Frost

Teilhard Frost is a multi-instrumentalist, specializing in traditional fiddle tunes, with a particular interest in the Appalachian Mountains. He has spent the last twelve years touring with critically acclaimed band Sheesham, Lotus and 'Son, and is currently touring his solo album, As the Crow Flies.

I’ve known and loved Teilhard for just about 20 years. He has graced a number of my records during this period playing fiddle and banjo, yes, but also trumpet, harmonica, didgeridoo, bones, and typewriter, as well as various and sundry sound effects including goats, crickets, bullfrogs and travelling salesmen. Teilhard brings his fiddle to the song, ‘Life is Short’ on Polishing Stone.
